Recovery works best when professionals work together.

Recovery professionals play a vital role in supporting individuals and families affected by addiction. The Bridge welcomes relationships with experienced practitioners and treatment centres seeking a considered continuing-care option for their clients.

We work collaboratively with the people already involved in a client’s recovery—before admission, throughout their stay and as they prepare for what follows—helping to create a connected pathway rather than an isolated placement.

A four-bed, male-only recovery residence.

The Bridge provides structured continuing care for men transitioning from primary treatment into long-term recovery. The programme brings together clear accountability, fellowship, wellness and personalised support within a safe, private and supportive recovery environment.

During

Weekly progress contact keeps the referring professional connected to the agreed care pathway.

After

Recovery is a marathon, not a sprint.

Throughout your client’s stay with us, you will be invited to a weekly progress call. This maintains the professional relationship and enables you to develop an ongoing, long-term care plan. Communication is always shaped around the client’s consent and privacy.

Feed the Street

50+meals prepared and served every week

Feed the Street is The Bridge’s community outreach programme, currently preparing and serving more than 50 meals every week to people experiencing homelessness in Speightstown and Holetown.

The programme also helps us carry a message of hope and recovery to people still suffering from addiction in Barbados. Where appropriate, residents take part alongside the team, experiencing the connection, gratitude and purpose that come through service to others.

By supporting The Bridge through referrals, professional partnerships or direct encouragement, recovery professionals also help us sustain this important work in the wider community.
